Return Policy
Glam Girl Esthetics has a strict no refund and no return policy, with the exception of product defects reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return for defective products, customers must contact us at esthi.ari6@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Include your Name the best way to contact you via email or text
2. Include the order number
3. Details of the defect, and supporting photos or videos.
4. A response can be expected within 5 business days.
Please note that Glam Girl Esthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipment. We guarantee all of our items are packed well to ensure no damage during transport.

• We are NOT responsible for updating incorrect addresses or any products changes and or corrections
• We can NOT apply any discounts or add-ons after your order has been placed
Refund Cancellations: We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered.
Processing & Fulfillment
• We guarantee orders to be processed within 3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
• An order confirmation will be sent via email/text once your order has been processed and is out for delivery. (See Tracking Info below)
• TIP: If you have not received an email/text - check your spam folder as well as verify your email & cell are correct on your profile
Tracking Info
A tracking number will be issued via email/text upon fulfillment of your order, meaning that USPS is in possession of your package
Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.
The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders (meaning if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple delivery attempts)
If your package states Delivered but you don't have it - Call Carrier USPS (Speak to a live representative & open a case. They will open an investigation to locate your package)
Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple boxes
Discounts for Glam Girl students
All students receive 20% off on lash products ONLY. If there are any other active promotions students may only choose one, either the student discount or the active promotion.
Services Cancellation Policy
All Deposits are non-refundable after booking your appointment. If you need to reschedule, it must be before 48 hours. Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a non transferable deposit as well as cancellation and no show fees that will equal 100% of the service. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. If you will be late to your appointment, please let your service provider know ASAP via text message. There is a 5 minute grace period, anything over 5 minutes will result in cancellation. No shows will result in loss of future bookings with Glam Girl Esthetics.
All services require a non-refundable security deposit in order to secure your appointment. The amount depends on each service, please visit our booking website for additional information.
Training Terms and Refund Policy
By registering for a Training Class with Glam Girl Esthetics, I understand and agree to the following:
I understand and agree that Glam Girl Esthetics is not licensing me, I understand and agree that I have to check with my state’s Cosmetology Board to understand the state requirements for someone to perform lash extensions services.
I understand and agree that if I am unlicensed in the state of Texas, I'm taking this training as a learning experience and will only receive a certificate of completion.
I understand and agree that my deposit and training fees are non refundable.
I understand and agree that my deposit may only be transferable to a different date if I give a minimum of a 14 day notice.
I understand and agree that if I enroll in a course that will take place in less than 14 days, my deposit is still non-refundable.
I understand and agree that the class and contents of the Kit are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after attending the class and receiving the kit.
I understand and agree that the contents of each kit may vary from training to training.
I understand and agree that I am required to bring my own model. If I need help finding one, I will notify Glam Girl Esthetics upon enrollment.
I understand and agree that Glam Girl Esthetics has Property Rights of the Manuals and Training Program. Copying and publishing is not allowed without written consent of Glam Girl Esthetics.
I understand and agree that Glam Girl Esthetics Manual is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish the Glam Girl Esthetics Manuals.
I understand and agree to refrain from copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the information provided during the training class.
I understand and agree that my remaining balance must be paid in full ATLEAST 8 days prior to my training.
I understand and agree that all training fees AND deposits are non refundable 24hrs after payment has been made. This means you have 24hrs after enrolling and 24hrs after sending final balance to request a full refund.
